All products are made with high quality crystals and beads with either sterling silver or other metal components. All items have the materials listed in the descriptions.

Due to the fact that all items are handmade and made to order, we are unable to allow for any cancellations once your order is placed. However, once you receive your order, you can visit the returns and refunds page to make a return. Sale items and customized products cannot be returned.

Please avoid excessive contact with oils, perfumes, lotions and water, which will gradually diminish the sparkle of the crystals and quality of the metals. For sterling silver pieces, which tarnish, use silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, and gently rub the silver several times. Afterwards, rinse the silver in warm water and completely dry.
