Handmade items are mailed within 5-7 days using first class USPS shipping. Once items have been mailed, we cannot be held responsible for time of actual delivery.

Refunds and returns

It is my hope that you love your jewelry, as customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and item must be returned in original, unused condition as it was received. Custom orders and sale items cannot be returned. No exchanges at this time. In the event that an item is damaged upon receipt, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping of the damaged jewelry.
